Please note that there will be no refund on installation fees. No replacement on equipment damages as a result of lightning or power surges. All late payments will be billed an additional amount of R75.50. Continuous failure to settle an account may lead to a temporal disconnection of services until the account is settled or a payment arrangement is made.

As and when available, we will allow non-exclusive WiFi connectivity. However, we do not guarantee an internet connection. The bandwidth provided shall be at our sole discretion. A 30 days notice will be required to terminate your subscription, failing which you may be held liable for the costs incurred up until 30 days have elapsed from the date of communication of such.

While we offer to troubleshoot any connectivity problems on our network, we will not provide technical assistance for devices not owned by Solid Station (Pty) Ltd. All assistance received from us is on an "as is basis", without any warranties or representations.

** Router and antenna damage from power surge is not covered by us.
** Installation or maintenance with your own equipment will be billed on each section depending the work required.
** All false call-out will be charged.
